I need the Arabic Language with RTL Support (Right-To-Left) App Layout, icons, texts, everything, I know you’ll be willing to develop this request as I requested that in Appsumo thread.

You can try out the Language Support add-on. The add-on provides support for Arabic too, and will basically translate native app strings (which are English by default) into the default language of your WordPress website.
