# Website slow issue

Hi,

My website speed is good only. But dashboard connectivity always says the website is too slow. kindly help me with this,

Hi there. There’s a slight difference between having a website that loads fast in a browser and having a low database response time. If your app is slow, or the connectivity tool says that your website is slow, it simply means that your website’s database is not responding within AppMySite’s standard time parameters.

I would suggest you check if your website database is being clogged by too many requests. You can also speak to your hosting company about this.
