“Something went wrong” - You already have a current iOS Distribution certificate or a pending certificate request.

I always get the above when I click Generate certificate & profile.
I use only 1 key for all my iOS builds but for my app ( App ID: 592687), it is always unsuccessful and I cannot build it. I double check that the Issuer ID, Key ID and Key file are correct as well. Can I check if this is a bug?

Hi @Bobo

It seems like you have valid certificates for the app in your apple developer account and you are trying to create another set of certificates using our platform for the same app. In this case, it is advised to carefully revoke the certificates that are already available on your Apple Developer account for the particular app and generate a set of new ones by following the instructions in the link - [Generate iOS app | AppMySite](https://support.appmysite.com/app/download/ios/generate-ios-app)

You can also raise a ticket to the Support Team for assistance via the link - [https://app.appmysite.com/email-support/](https://app.appmysite.com/email-support/)

Indeed that was the case. Thanks for your assistance!
