Yes, this would be super useful.

I asked support about providing my own translations once, and they told me that they’re actually obligated to use translations from a Google accredited agency. So I’m not sure if this would work. If any of your translations and inaccurate, you can get in touch with support and point out the mistakes. They generally fix translation issues when they’re pointed out.
