Does support exist for this hopeless plaform??. Home screen not working, no one is bother to fix it, paid for literally nothing!!!

The answers come, but they are from BOTS!!!. There is no support team at all. I even asked the question whether it is a BOT reply, and guess what, the same template reply (they have 2-3 of them) came in. Just plain hopeless. Lost money of 1 month subscription, plugging out.
They responded to me, with reasonably satisfactory answers, but I still have doubts whether it’s humans or bots responding.
