Hi @Hocine_BENDAOUD

Thank you for reaching out.

Currently, Google does not allow social login via webviews on our platform, which is why you may be seeing the Google login on the Android version but not on iOS. This limitation results in a 403_disallowed_user_agent error when attempting to use Google social login in webviews.

Please rest assured that our development team is aware of this issue and is actively working to implement a solution. We are aiming to have this feature live by the end of this year.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve the platform. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to let us know.

Is there any update on this? I’m having the same problem.

Hi @terravont

Currently we do not support Social Login via Google in webviews due to limitations.

We are experiencing the exact same issue, and it is very frustrating. We have already paid for a full subscription under the impression that this was a complete and professional service. Having a broken Google Login significantly impacts our user experience and our business credibility. We expect a functional solution for a paid product.

Hey @Marisol_Garcia

We understand your concern regarding the Google Login issue within the app.

However, this behavior is due to a restriction imposed by Google. Google does not allow its login functionality to work within WebView environments inside mobile apps, which results in the “Disallowed User-Agent” error.

As this is a policy-level restriction from Google’s end, it is not something that can be modified or resolved from our side.

If Google Login is incorporated natively within the app, it will work properly. The issue only occurs when Google Login is being used inside a WebView.

We recommend implementing Google Sign-In using the native social login setup instead of relying on website-based login flows within WebView.
