the Android Preview test and final published app does not works, but I see that the IOS is fine, what it is the issue
Can you help to resolve it ?!!!
I have the same issue. And they were trying to tell me it’s something to do with my website ?!?
Still waiting for them to fix it. When I uploaded to google play - app gives same sad face when used on phone.

Yes the problem is not on the website side cause it works well with IOS

It is working but if I add any design features (Banner then Page Links) I get large chunks of blank space after the short section of website feed. Not on preview but definitely when published on Google play.
So apart from menue and lower bar - it’s just my website - no additional design functionality. Plus endless technical issues.
I want a refund. This not the experience I paid for.
How do I get a refund? Look at my chat and support history - this has been going on ever since I did my first build.
I want a refund so I can close my account.
Please respond so I don’t have to involve an ombudsman.
