I continue to get rejected by Apple due to In App Purchases. How do folks integrate the StoreKit requirements into the AppMySite builds?

This response is not helpful. I have done these steps many times over and not passing. I even recreated all my certs, provisioning profiles last night after my builds started failing. I found some added information needed in monitization in AMS. I added it. Builds still failing. Found out I needed to add a file to the root directory of my website to make is communicate with my website. I even did that.
So you know, the build directions in the app are confusing. I’m unclear, do you need a Development or Distribution certificate & provisional profile. The directions use both … I attached a photo for your reference.
