I had an App with this company but someone stole my credit card info and now I have a new one but there is no way to enter in the new credit card info and because my account is now dead, they will not accept any email to fix this problem. What is the phone number for support? I cannot find it anywhere.
Hi @Gary_Hatt I don’t think they have a phone number, but I was able to talk to one of their billing department, if your account was created after October 2021 then you will be able to go to this link and add your card: AppMySite
Otherwise I think if you try upgrading your app’s plan you should be given an option to add the card then.
