I Need help with a publishing issue

I have submitted my app to google and my app keeps coming back with this as rejection reason:

We found an issue in the following area(s):

  • SPLIT_BUNDLE 8: Policy Declaration - Data Safety Section: Device Or Other IDs Data Type - Device Or Other IDs (some common examples may include Advertising ID, Android ID, IMEI, BSSID, MAC address), Possible SDKs: com.google.android.gms:play-services-measurement-impl

This was happening with my apps as well, and as the email suggests the AppMySite Android apps collect the device ID from users. So you’ll have to update the Data Safety form that you filled out while submitting the app.

In your Data Safety form you have to declare that your app collects the device ID for App functionality. I think the Data Safety form can be changed if you go to the App Content tab in the side menu.
