IOS publish issue

When I tried to publish the iOS application, I encountered the following errors. Am I required to add 12.9-inch iPad screenshots when enabling iPad support? If so, I don’t have an iPad, so I cannot take screenshots.

Hi @kemaly,

Have you tried reaching out to any of the support channels for assistance?

Hi @kemaly,

Yes, I received the following response. I mentioned for the second time that I do not have an iPad Pro device, and I received the same response again.

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out!

You can take the screenshots from iPAD using testflight. You can preview your iOS app on a real device using iOS TestFlight. To test your iOS app with the TestFlight feature, it is mandatory to sign up for a developer program with Apple. Once you have an active developer account on Apple, upload the iOS build of your app with the guide below:

https://www.appmysite.com/support/step-3-upload-ios-app-build/

As soon as your app has been uploaded to your developer account, it will be available in the TestFlight module.

Please follow the below guide for more information on the same:

https://www.appmysite.com/support/how-to-test-your-ios-app-on-a-real-mobile-device-ios-testflight/

While testing the app, you can take the screenshots from your iPAD.

We hope this information is useful to you. If you have questions or anything comes up please don’t hesitate to write back. We'll be happy to help you!

Regards,
