Lifetime subscription deleted

Hi,

I bought a Premium lifetime Appmysite subscription. After paying, I deleted the existing app that contains some errors in order to create a new one but after deleting the existing app I can’t find the Premimum lifetime plan that I have just bought. I can’t also find a lifetime licence key that can allow me to create the app.

I really need help please.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you were caused.

The purchased subscriptions are linked to the app IDs. Once the app is deleted, the appID is no longer valid, and the subscription automatically gets canceled.

Please log a ticket with our billing team using this link, and they will reach out to you with a potential solution.
