Delete an app from my plan does it count

I was wondering if I delete the App and recreate it, does this count as 1 app I lose from my plan since I have 10 apps maximum in my plan?

For AppMySite, under the AppSumo Tier 2 plan, deleting and recreating an app does not count towards your app limit of 10. The license for the app will replenish if you delete it, allowing you to create a new one without affecting your maximum count. However, please note that this policy is subject to change in the future, depending on the terms of the deal once it’s live.
