I have existing apps in the app stores and followed the instructions for existing apps. I keep getting errors saying my bundleID is incorrect (it’s not) and I’ve spent the last 4 days trying to get support. I even paid for the add-on to install it, and STILL NOT ASSISTANCE.
I keep seeing that support is non-existent, but I didn’t think it would the THIS BAD.
Please note - I waited TWO YEARS for a response to this. As you roll out “premium” features like offline access please keep this in mind. It’s insulting.

When offline access was still in development, we aimed to make it as widely accessible as possible. However, as we finalized the feature, it became part of our premium offerings due to the additional resources required to support and maintain it.
