We payed for a pro plan but our app is still on preview plan. It is more than 48 hours and still did not receive any feedback after logging 6 support tickets.
This is not the quality after sales support that I was expecting from AppMySite.

I do not see that it is fixed. It still stated that we are in the free plan. Our app is already build and live. We are waiting for this to be rectified so that the users can have full functionality of the app.
