How can I see a list of users who are using my app? I see a data list under Notifications > Rich Notifications > User, but that doesn’t seem correct. I have more than 5 users who have installed the app on their iPhones. Even if that list is correct (for the sake of argument), why can’t I see a specific ID for each user?
We want to send a plain/rich notification to a specific user, just to one. How can we target that user? Doesn’t every user have a unique ID that we can use to send a personalized notification?
Additionally, the options for creating audience segmentation are very limited and not useful. There is no option to filter our audience based on criteria like user ID, age, gender, or more personalized roles and behaviors. This makes it difficult to effectively target and engage specific segments of our users.

As for sending notifications to a specific user, at present, our platform does not support audience segmentation based on individual user targeting as per your requirement.
