I have a third party chat system plugin “Better Message” where I would love to integrate to have push notification from app whenever there’s new message. This plugin can be integrated with OneSignal, wondering if that will be compatible with App My Site? Thanks.

No, it is not. The AppMySite does not have the option to provide us such integrations. The AppMySite is too old for such things
