The test app shuts down and does not load. Was working fine but suddenly stopped. I am unwilling to proceed to purchase subscription unless test app works. I have uninstalled and reinstalled test app, I have also reset API keys on our website.
Any ideas?
what are you getting when you troubleshoot the connectivity? Also did you make any changes to your app on their portal?
