yes thank you. I managed to fix it but I am still struggling to enable the notifications and let the notification bar or the app to count the notifications
can you do that for the app that’s already published?

It is not possible to count the notifications, but you can make changes to the Firebase settings even after the app has been published. We request you to review your Firebase settings by following the steps mentioned in this link.
