"Details entered are either incorrect or invalid." Error message building Android app

Hi!
I get “Details entered are either incorrect or invalid.” error message when building Android app. I use admob, Google Firebase for push notifications and I’m migrating the app already on Play Store made with another app provider. Certificate is marked as OK.

Any idea?
