How to publish PWA and which users get it?

I was super excited to see that the PWA support is here, and I’m very excited to use it. I also saw the appmysite page on PWAs that makes it seem like the feature might already be live/offers a trial. Two things:

  1. Are these live yet, and how do we/will we publish our apps as a PWA?
  2. Will this be applied to the pro plan? I bought in after seeing PWAs on the roadmap, but now I’m worried I won’t be able to use the feature, and it would make my other app builder (which I like much less) to be the cheaper/logical option for me.
