I can't connect website to my app

I can’t connect my app to my website. It says AppMySide plug in is not found on my website while I installed and activated it.

Try clicking Verify under Connectivity → Install Plugin

so bad application creating tools. no one help me

same issue, unable to connect.
i have created new user administrator with username name AppMysite and application password AppMysite.

i try verify, then : unable to connect
