There is a problem with deleting data, the data remains and needs to be deleted every page refresh through the app to display the new content and for some reason it doesn’t happen, you have to delete it manually, how do you fix it?

I downloaded a new version, did an update, nothing helps.
The page refresh does not work through the application only externally, or after clearing data
