Hi,

I have my website linked to the app on appmysite. I have items that are in stock, but are available for backorder when out of stock. The app shows clients available for backorder and does not say the item is in stock. This confuses my clients and causes lots of lost sales. Is there any way to hide the available for back order tick box unless the item is out of stock?

Hi @Hilmi_Al-Kindy,

This “available for back order” option- is this something you implemented on your website? This is not a feature available natively on AppMySite.

Can you please contact email support to elaborate on how we can reproduce this use-case at our end?

I did and support answered that there is no plan to resolve this issue. I was told that by default appmysite will display the stock status the that way and there is no plan to add a feature to customize how stock status appears for items in stock but available for back order once out of stock. So I just stopped using your service.
