There’s an issue when showing products in the app. Products that we have hidden on our website, are visible in the app.
Shipping options are not “mirrored” from the shop.
Points that customer can earn by purchasing are wrong and not as the shop is setup.
These are the issues I found today, my first day experimenting. Anything I can do to fix these?
Hi Perksp, I think they ended up adding this support as well, that the WooCommerce visibility options for products will work within the app as well.
Same with Shipping methods they seem to have fixed that.
Finally, they only support the WooCommerce points & rewards plugin if that’s not working I do suggest that you reach out to their support team to get this sorted out.
