Hey Guys! Awesome product. So far so good. I am designing my app and I am unable to get the app to hide my website header… even after checking the hide website header box. Does this mean that something is not coded right on my website that I can fix? Thx in advance!
Hey @jmoreilly it could be that in your website’s HTML the header is defined in a way that their system isn’t picking it up automatically. I suggest that you use their hide element by HTML class or id feature to hide your website’s header within the app.
This feature is available on the Home Screen and bottom bar settings wherever you’ve enabled the webview from if you click on the settings, 2 fields should show up for this. If that doesn’t work I do suggest that you reach out to their support team to see if anything else can be done, here’s the link:
