Hello dears,
I’m tired to Rebuild my IOS App, always given me the Build status: Draft.
Anybody can help me please.
Thanks a lot.
Hi @Adam_Vike,
Please contact email support using this link if you still need assistance.
Hello,
I am getting the same error. (status: draft)
Is there a resolution to this issue?
Hi @rgiddens1979,
Have you tried reaching out to any of the support channels for assistance?
Hello,
I am not familiar with support channels.
Hi @rgiddens1979,
An iOS app showing the draft status is usually due to an incorrect Bundle ID used for an existing live app in the App Identity section during the build generation process. It could also be due to a special character used in the app name (the only supported characters are @#$% &*- + =).
Kindly check and rebuild the app.
If the issue persists, please create a ticket with our technical support team using this link.
I’m getting the same thing! I’ll try the link tho; thanks for posting
I hope this guide screenshot helps all those with this issue. It is a requirement now if you want to make a fresh build for an iOS app.
Hi @Adam_Vike
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
This is happening because now the Plain Notification for iOS Builds also requires you to have a Notification Provisioning Profile set up along with Firebase Service Account Configuration file.
To get these files, please follow Steps 1,3,4 and 5 (skip 2 in case of Plain Notifications) from the instructions in the link - iOS configuration for rich notifications | AppMySite
Once these files are uploaded in the Notification settings, you can then build the app and it should be built successfully.
I followed all the directions and I’m sitting in Draft for the past 2 days… Anyone find a solution?
having same issue here. App ID - 439736
Hi @Julie_Blackburn_LCPC and @Aomi
Thank you for reaching out.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. There was a temporary technical issue that caused builds to remain in “Draft” status when the push notification option was enabled. We’ve now resolved this issue, and you should be able to proceed with your build as expected.
Please let us know if you encounter any further issues, and we’ll be happy to assist.
still happening, still goes to draft. app id - 439736
Hi @Aomi
We observed that you have entered a Distribution Certificate Password as per the screenshot below in the iOS Build Section for your app.
This field’s only purpose is for the user to provide us the password associated with your Distribution Certificate for authentication if it already has one.
You can skip this step and leave the field blank if your Distribution Certificate is not password protected.
Try re-building your app by leaving the field blank and see if it helps. For more information please refer to the link - Migrate live app | AppMySite
Hi @Aomi

Hi Jacob,
It’s still happening with my apps, with or without notifications enabled.
App: 539276 and also all my other apps (rebuild).
Not just an issue for for me, happening to all others too. Fix your system.
I just posted a similar question… So It’s not just me… all my builds are going back to draft (android with or without notifications)
Might be something off with the server or some bug being fixed… Hopefully we’ll see a fix coming… To me
Jacob, if you need some help debugging let me know and we jump on a call if I can help with anything…
the app is amazing!
