i noticed that all my app notifications are coming silent on both iOS and Android.
Is there a way to apply any sound on receiving a new notification?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
The issue regarding silent notifications has been addressed in a recent code release. Notifications will now respect the sound settings configured on the user’s device.
To apply this fix to your app, please rebuild your app from the AppMySite portal and upload the new version to the App Store. Once updated, your app will start delivering notifications with sound, as per the device settings.

Thanks, Bennett. Just rebuilt and updated the app, notifications now come through with sound as expected. Appreciate the quick fix.
