tengo mi sitio web ecommerce y tengo varias reglas a los clientes que veo q no se cumplen en la aplicación como la categorización de los clientes y por cada categoría un descuento, adicional en la compra de algunos productos la compra solo es de 4 en 4 lo cual tampoco lo cumple, adicional al momento que realizo el pago me manda a mi ecommerce para pago con tarjeta de crédito
It seems that you may be using a plugin to apply special discounts to a certain group of customers. It is possible that maybe AppMySite doesn’t support that feature. Have you tried contacting support for this? If you’re not using a plugin and doing this natively, I’m sure it should work.
estoy haciéndolo con un complemento que asigna roles a los usuarios adicional tambien tengo bodegas o localidades diferentes de donde elegir el stock de mis productos y esa opción tampoco la tengo disponible
It could be possible that the plugin you’re using is incompatible with AppMySite. You can ask the support team for assitance regarding this. Another option is to choose Other as your website CMS. This option is available in Settings > General. By doing this, your Woo website will be rendered in the app as it appears on a mobile device. So you could get support for your plugin this way.
