Upload to App Store - No Response!

I purchased the $99 one time fee for Ap My Site to upload my apps the the apple and play store and it has been a week and no one has responded to me even after I have sent a few emails.

Per your instructions I have searched my junk/spam and all other email folders and cannot find the email you are talking about.

I should mention that when I purchased the add-on the payment was denied by my bank at least three times because it had to authorize the transaction. But then on the fourth transaction the payment went through.

I have the invoice and receipt for the purchase in my profile records on your site.

Either way, I cannot find the email, so how should I proceed now?

Can I start the process through you or should I open a new ticket with the link you supplied below?
